| 1.10.2009 | - Meeting of the Contact Group for Steel (Ukraine - EU) | At September 29, 2009 in Brussels took place regular meeting of the Contact Group for Steel between Ukraine and European Union with participation of representatives of Government of Ukraine, metallurgy industry and their European colleagues. The Heads of Ukrainian delegation were Mr. Sergey Grishenko - deputy Minister of Industry and Mr. Dmytro Bilokurov - Chief Manager of Ukrainian association of ferrous metallurgy enterprises "UkrMet". | 1.10.2009 | - We have discount! | | Thanks to mutual efforts of Embassy of Ukraine in Turkey and Ukrainian association of ferrous metallurgy enterprises "UkrMet" was reached agreement with Turkish partners about cutting of duty on the Ukrainian flat section from 13-14% till 9-10%. Government of Turkey approved this resolution at September 18, 2009 # 2009/15427. This resolution applies to production under codes 7208370000, 7208380000, 7208100000 (from 13% till 9%) and 7209169000, 7209179000 (from 14% till 10%). |
